You can select a lender of choice based on past experience, the yellow pages, a friend of the family, or simply use the web. However your choice is made, please be sure that you can count on their performance to get you through the closing/ settlement process. If you are not satisfied with your first selection, choose another lender early in the process so as not to delay any part of your transaction.
